- We offer comprehensive accounting services tailored to meet your business needs. Our services include maintaining both synthetic and analytical accounting records in the form of ledger books, encompassing journals, main ledger accounts, subsidiary ledger accounts, as well as balance sheets and income statements. Additionally, we compile separate inventories.
- We manage Income and Expense Ledgers (KPiR), which include maintaining journals, recording income and expenses, and preparing monthly turnover statements. Furthermore, we provide annual tax settlement services based on KPiR, handle VAT documentation including sales, purchases, imports, and exports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Our services also cover the registration and maintenance of fixed assets, including calculating depreciation, as well as recording and updating equipment inventories.
- Our services include ongoing management and updating of personnel documentation, preparation of necessary documents for establishing, maintaining, and terminating employment relationships, changes in employment conditions, and other requirements according to the Labor Code. We prepare salary lists for employees under employment contracts, contracts of mandate, and contracts for specific work, based on provided data. Additionally, we provide comprehensive payroll and personnel documentation management, prepare settlement declarations for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), calculate salaries, sickness benefits, and prepare declarations for ZUS and the Tax Office, as well as monthly and annual settlement declarations for the National Disabled Rehabilitation Fund (PFRON).

By what day of the month should documents be completed and delivered to Finpro?
Documents should be delivered by the fifth day of the following month for which the settlement applies.

What is the payment term for accounting and payroll services?
Our clients pay only after our Office has fulfilled its obligations. At the beginning of each month, we summarize our work and calculate the costs based on the number of recorded business transactions. In our office, accounting fees are charged only after the service has been provided.
Do you file documents with the Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) on behalf of the Client?
By signing an agreement with our company, you transfer all accounting and tax obligations, including settlements with the Tax Office and the Social Insurance Institution. We prepare and submit all mandatory declarations and applications and represent the client in contacts with these institutions.
Do you submit JPK files to the Tax Office?
On behalf of clients, we handle the preparation of the Uniform Control File (Jednolity Plik Kontrolny) and its submission. This is our standard service, the cost of which is included in the accounting service fee.
What is an invoice?
A sales document confirming a transaction between parties. An invoice can be issued electronically (e-invoice) or on paper. Issuing and delivering an invoice creates a tax obligation.

Where can I check the contribution account number?
Your NRS (contribution account number):
- You will receive it from ZUS by mail after setting up a contribution payer account at the company's registered address or at the correspondence address.

- You will receive it at any ZUS branch or at the Telephone Service Center at 022 560 16 00.
Is it necessary to inform the accounting office about a change of address?
After changing the address, not only related to the conducted business activity but also private, individuals conducting business activity must be prepared to inform a number of institutions about this fact. The number of institutions and the way in which the information should be delivered to them depend on the type of address that has changed. You can submit an application:
- In person (at any city / commune office throughout the country)
- By registered mail - the signature on the form must be notarized

What are the VAT rates for different goods and services?
The basic VAT rate in Poland is regulated by the Act on Goods and Services Tax. In relation to certain goods and services, reduced VAT rates apply. As a rule, all categories of goods and services, except for exceptions listed in the annex to the VAT Act, are subject to the 23% rate. Annex No. 3 to the VAT Act contains a list of goods and services taxed at a reduced tax rate of 8%. Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act contains a list of goods and services taxed at a reduced tax rate of 5%.
